Description
Stony Brook University Hospital is planning to purchase ventilator disposable consumables and related items manufactured by Draeger, Inc. This procurement is being conducted under authority that allows for the purchase of commodities from a consortium or comparable entity, bypassing a formal competitive process when justified by price. Vendors interested in supplying equivalent products are encouraged to contact the listed officer. This procurement is subject to NYS Finance Law 139 j&k, also known as the Lobbying Law. All communication must be directed to the single point of contact listed below, as failure to comply may result in no contract or debarment from sales to any NYS Agency. The successful contractor will be required to submit documentation related to Vendor Responsibility, NYS Finance Law 5-a, and valid NYS Workers' Compensation and Disability Forms. Bids or quotes must be received by the close of business on the specified due date. Draeger Inc. is identified as a business enterprise that has been awarded an identical or substantially similar procurement contract within the past five years.
