Description
The Toronto District School Board is seeking bids for elevator modernization services at Dr Rita Cox-Kina Minagok PS. The project is expected to be substantially completed by August 31, 2027. Non-destructive work may be performed during regular hours, while any work affecting school operations must be carried out after hours or on weekends, in accordance with city by-laws. The successful contractor will be required to submit a project schedule immediately upon award. If the bid submission exceeds $500,000, digital Labour and Material Bonds and Performance Bonds using Form 31 and Form 32 (inclusive of HST) will be required. The Board will only accept digital bonds, which should be sent to the Contract Specialist. The contractor is responsible for providing sufficient installation floater insurance coverage for supplies and equipment, with the bid amount at the sole discretion of the awarded contractor.
