Description
This solicitation is for concentric reducers, butt weld, 700 PSI, made of 70-30 CUNI alloy. The material must meet Level I requirements, including specific traceability and quality assurance standards such as ISO 9001 or AS9100. Offerors must provide a technical data sheet confirming compliance with Level I traceability, the ability to host DCMA for Government Source Inspection (GSI) at the manufacturing origin, and a complete price breakdown. The evaluation criteria will be Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA), considering technical acceptability, delivery, and price. Specific requirements include compliance with DFARS 252.225-7009 regarding specialty metals and adherence to strict Level I Objective Quality Evidence (OQE) tracking. First Article testing and approval are required, with specific documentation and certifications to be submitted via WAWF. The delivery date is September 30, 2026.
