Description
This solicitation is for the replacement and reconditioning of circuit breakers at Naval Computer and Telecommunications Station Pacific (NCTAMS) located in Wahiawa, HI. The scope of work includes engineering services such as preventative maintenance, infrared scanning, and Class 1 reconditioning on two existing breakers. Additionally, the contractor will supply two new spare main and tie breakers (Cutler-Hammer/Westinghouse, Model: DSII-632, 3200AF/3000AT) and provide the labor necessary to swap the existing breakers. The contractor will also be responsible for the proper disposal or recycling of the existing breakers and associated materials, and will provide a one-year warranty on parts and labor. Installation, maintenance, and scanning will be coordinated with the NCTAMSPAC N4 Department, requiring a 14-day advance notice for scheduling. The on-site work, including the removal and replacement of breakers, is to be completed within one working duty day (0630-1500).
