Description
The County of Sonoma, through the Charles M. Schulz - Sonoma County Airport, is soliciting Statements of Qualifications for a progressive design-build entity to provide comprehensive planning, design, and construction services for the Airport Rental Car Quick Turn Facility and Landside Improvements Project. A mandatory pre-response briefing and site walk will be held on July 1, 2026, at 10:00 AM at 2290 Airport Blvd., Santa Rosa, CA 95403. Attendance is required and must be certified in the response. Proposers must submit one hard copy and one electronic PDF copy on a thumb drive to Sonoma County Public Infrastructure, 400 Aviation Blvd., Ste. 100, Santa Rosa, CA 95403, by the date and time specified in the schedule. Electronic, faxed, or emailed submissions will not be accepted. All solicitation documents, including updates and addenda, can be viewed, downloaded, and submitted electronically through the County of Sonoma's Supplier Portal at https://esupplier.sonomacounty.ca.gov/. Questions regarding the solicitation should be directed to andrew.cameron@sonomacounty.gov, and questions about the Supplier Portal should be emailed to supplier-desk@sonoma-county.org.
