Description
The U.S. Navy is soliciting for a 1000 psi portable cable testing unit (part #17137-1) manufactured by Riggin Company. The solicitation requires a firm-fixed-price quotation, and vendors must provide the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), brand name, manufacturer part number, and country of origin. Proof of OEM authorization or authorized distribution may be required to ensure product authenticity, warranty validity, and supply chain traceability. Quotations will be evaluated based on technical acceptability, delivery, and price. The delivery date requested is July 31, 2026, to Pearl Harbor, HI.
