Description
The General Leonard Wood Community Hospital (GLWCH) requires a turnkey solution for television programming, equipment, installation, and maintenance. The contractor shall provide a continuous, reliable feed of High-Definition (HD) television programming, not to exceed forty (40) channels. The lineup must include major national news, financial news, local broadcast affiliates, weather, national sports, and general entertainment channels. The contractor is responsible for all licensing and broadcast fees. The scope includes providing and installing all necessary reception and distribution equipment to feed the programming into the hospital's Haivision IPTV system, as well as ongoing technical support and maintenance. The contract includes a base period of 12 months with four 12-month option periods.
