Description
Harrison Township is soliciting sealed bids for construction of a new Wastewater Facility Office at 35 Woodland Avenue. The work includes furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the project in accordance with the location plan, specifications, contract drawings, and proposal forms. Bids must use the prescribed forms and include a Non-Collusion Affidavit, Consent of Surety, and a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond of at least 10% of the bid amount, not to exceed $20,000. Bidders must comply with applicable New Jersey affirmative-action, business-registration, and public-works contractor-registration requirements. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for October 1, 2026, and bids will be publicly opened on October 15, 2026.
