Description
The City of Monticello is soliciting sealed bids from qualified contractors for construction of a new public works facility at 3550 Redford Lane. The scope includes office space, warm storage, shops, maintenance areas, storage bins, a salt storage building, a vehicle fueling island, and associated site improvements. A bid security equal to 5% of the base bid is required with each bid. Bids must be received by the stated deadline at Monticello City Hall.
