Description
The University of Louisville is seeking qualified third-party collection agencies to provide comprehensive collection, recovery, and account-management services for delinquent student accounts receivable, departmental receivables, and institutional and federally regulated loan receivables. The scope includes pre-collection activities, traditional collection efforts, skip tracing, account-location services, payment-processing support, account reporting, and other recovery strategies. Offerors must demonstrate expertise in higher-education receivables, regulatory compliance, customer service, and recovery performance, including knowledge of applicable federal requirements for Perkins, Primary Care, Super Primary Care, Loans for Disadvantaged Students, and Health Professions Student Loans. Proposals must address qualifications, service delivery and implementation, financial terms, and evidence of successful performance. The University may award to one or more suppliers and intends to use competitive negotiation.
