The City of Guadalupe City Council will hold a regular meeting on July 14, 2026, at 6:00 PM in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 918 Obispo Street, Guadalupe, CA 93434. The agenda includes consent calendar items such as ratification of warrants for periods ending June 19 and June 26, 2026; approval of minutes from the June 23, 2026 meeting; adoption of Resolution No. 2026-35 approving an amendment to the Consultant Services Agreement with Michael K. Nunley and Associates (MKN) for engineering support services during construction of the Pioneer Lift Station Rehabilitation Project; Resolution No. 2026-36 approving a Pipeline Crossing Agreement between Union Pacific Railroad Company and the City for a water main installation; Resolution No. 2026-37 approving the First Amendment to the Contract for Collection of Special Taxes, Assessments, and Other Charges; and Resolution No. 2026-38 directing staff to forward Water Standby Charges for vacant parcels to the Santa Barbara County Auditor-Controller's Office for Fiscal Year 2026-2027. Public hearings will be held on Ordinance No. 2026-530 amending the Zoning Ordinance (including amendments to R-3 High-Density Residential Zoning District, Design and Development Standards, Off-Street Parking, and Landscape Standards), and on assessments for the Pasadera Landscaping and Lighting District, Guadalupe Benefit Assessment District No. 1, and the Guadalupe Lighting District. Regular business items include consideration of a street name change for Calle Cesar E. Chavez, a Special Event Permit for the 2026 Guadalupe Greens Festival at Jack O'Connell Park, and adoption of the Fiscal Year 2026-2027 City Budget.
