Description
St. John's Community Health is seeking a qualified primary pharmaceutical wholesaler to supply medications across branded, generic, specialty, biologic, 340B, and regular retail categories. The supplier must support reliable availability for pharmacy and clinical operations, provide scheduled and expedited deliveries, maintain product integrity and chain-of-custody documentation, and offer structured returns and credit processes. The scope also includes competitive and transparent pricing, rebates and discounts, reconciliation and financial-data support, regulatory and controlled-substance compliance assistance, electronic ordering and pharmacy-system integrations, reporting and analytics, pharmacy-operations and 340B consulting, cold-chain handling for temperature-sensitive products, and dedicated customer and technical support. Proposals must include a cover letter, completed Cost Proposal Worksheet or Proposal Worksheet, experience and staffing information, at least three similar-project references, a proposed completion and delivery schedule, vendor lists, warranty information, and any outsourcing details. The cost proposal must address the listed medications and quantities, identified by NDC number.
