Description
The City of Warner Robins is soliciting proposals from one qualified vendor to operate and manage concession stands at Simpson/Peavy Park, Tanner Sports Complex, and North Houston Sports Complex, including multiple stands that may need to operate simultaneously. The contractor must provide labor, staffing, food and beverage inventory, equipment, food preparation and service, sanitation, cleaning, affordable and diverse menu offerings, compliance with food-safety and health regulations, and monthly financial reporting. The contractor will pay the City either a negotiated percentage of gross sales or a flat rental fee. The proposal must include a cover letter, qualifications and experience, a technical proposal, at least three similar-project references completed within the last three years, an operational plan, menu and pricing, operating hours and schedule, staffing plan, equipment information, marketing and customer-service approach, a financial proposal with revenue projections, and required licenses, permits, affidavits, and certifications. The contract is for an initial one-year term with up to four additional one-year renewal terms, for a maximum duration of five years. A mandatory pre-bid meeting is required, and proposals must be submitted through IonWave.
