Description
The Homeland Defense Civil Support Office (HDCSO) has a requirement to acquire consumable Urban Search and Rescue (USR) vehicles, trailers, and buses to support USR vehicle rescue extraction training. This training is a command-directed requirement supporting two approved TRADOC Course Administrative Data documents. The solicitation includes the following items: 2,800 four-door sedan type vehicles, 40 box trucks (2-5 ton with box-type cargo area), 25 school buses without engine and transmission, 15 school buses with engine and transmission, 10 semi trucks (Class 8), 5 standard box trailers (45-53 feet), 5 tanker trailers (minimum 7,500 gallon capacity), and pickup services for vehicles and buses. All vehicles must meet detailed salient characteristics including functional suspension, intact body panels, clear interiors, and legal transferable titles. The contract is a firm-fixed price, total small business set-aside, with a five-year ordering period from September 15, 2026 to September 13, 2031.
