Description
Metamora Township High School District is soliciting proposals for a district-wide copier and printer solution. The selected vendor must provide, install, lease, and support new multifunction devices, including five black-and-white and two color digital multifunction devices with fax capability, network printing and scanning, finishing capabilities, fleet-management software, supplies, maintenance, analyst support, and end-user training. Refurbished equipment is not acceptable. The proposal must address the specified performance, service-response, security, and technology requirements, including PaperCut MF or an equivalent printer-management and cost-recovery solution. The scope also includes maintenance and supply support for the District’s existing printer fleet, delivery and network installation, transition from the current leased copier fleet, data sanitization compliant with NIST SP 800-88, inspection and documentation, insured removal and return shipping, and proof of delivery. Pricing must cover a locked 41-month contract, included print volumes, overage rates, and other listed costs. Proposals must include the required exhibits and detailed information on the vendor’s qualifications, references, personnel, work plan, transition plan, equipment, maintenance agreement, and cost proposal.
