Description
The City of Santa Fe is seeking a licensed insurance brokerage and employee benefits consulting firm to provide comprehensive, year-round support for its fully insured employee benefits program serving approximately 60 benefit-eligible employees. Services include strategic benefits consulting, annual renewal and carrier marketing, broker-of-record transition, implementation, enrollment and benefits administration technology, eligibility and billing reconciliation, employee communications, advocacy, compliance support, wellness resources, and ongoing carrier coordination. The response must address the firm's qualifications and municipal experience, proposed account team, renewal and marketing process, enrollment platform and administrative capabilities, implementation plan, compliance and wellness services, and complete compensation disclosure. The narrative response is limited to 25 pages, excluding resumes, sample materials, required forms, and appendices. The anticipated contract is a two-year initial term with two optional one-year renewals.
