Description
The Toronto District School Board is seeking qualified bidder(s) to supply plumbing and heating products for TDSB trades at various locations within Learning Centres 1–4. The desired supplier must have distribution locations serving the specified eastern and western geographic areas of the board. The procurement may result in awards to more than one vendor at the TDSB’s sole discretion. The initial contract term is December 1, 2026, through November 30, 2029, with three additional 12-month extension options. Price is weighted at 90 points and Buy Ontario Act considerations at 10 points. Bidders must submit a Buy Ontario Questionnaire and a Domestic Supply Chain Plan; failure to provide either document will render the bid non-compliant.
