Description
The Kansas State School for the Blind is soliciting proposals for a comprehensive Library Automation System. This system is expected to manage student records, facilitate ordering of accessible materials, track production and inventory, and support multi-tiered organizational hierarchies. Key features include a dedicated teacher portal with order wizards, real-time order status, loan management, and automated notifications. The system must also support federal reporting requirements, such as generating the APH Census report, and provide operational dashboards for staff.
