Description
This is a Sources Sought notice for market research regarding a requirement for the Robert J. Dole VAMC for the ChemDAQ Steri-Trac ST2 gas detection monitoring system. The requirement includes delivery, labor, installation, and training to be completed on-site by the vendor. The system must be capable of real-time continuous monitoring with visual and audible alarms, data logging, and reporting. It must be able to monitor Peracetic acid and Hydrogen peroxide, utilizing electrochemical sensors with specific ranges, accuracy, and calibration intervals. The system should also include a 12-month extended warranty, a one-year SXPA for each monitored chemical, two remote displays, and system commissioning with in-service training. Offerors must provide a capability statement addressing their qualifications and ability to perform, along with company information, UEI number, Cage Code, and small business type. Vendors holding a GSA Federal-Supply Schedule or IDIQ contract are asked to provide the contract number. A NAICS Code of 334519 with a Small Business size standard of 600 Employees applies. SDVOSB/VOSB vendors must be registered in the SBA VetCert database.
