Description
The City of Biloxi's Public Works Department is soliciting sealed, unpriced bids for chlorine gas used by the City of Biloxi Water System. Submissions will be evaluated, and vendors with acceptable bids will be invited to submit priced bids through an electronic reverse auction on September 11, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. Initial bids must be submitted in letter form, plainly marked “CHLORINE,” and include all applicable state and local license numbers on the envelope. Bids may be delivered to the Mayor's Office or submitted electronically through Central Bidding. Specifications are available from the City's Purchasing Office.
