Description
Harrison County is soliciting electronic or sealed bids for one new small crawler dozer classified as road equipment. The County may accept or reject bids in whole or in part based on a lowest-and-best-bid determination, waive informalities, and investigate bidder qualifications and equipment before awarding the purchase. Bids may be submitted online or by sealed mail or hand delivery.
