Description
The Housing Authority of Lafourche Parish is soliciting bids for heater replacement at the Orange Grove and Golden Meadow housing sites as part of its 2025 and 2026 Capital Fund Program. The project is classified as building construction, electrical, or mechanical work and requires compliance with Louisiana contractor licensing requirements. Bidders must submit a certified check, bank draft, U.S. Government bonds, or a satisfactory bid bond equal to 5% of the bid. The successful bidder must furnish 100% performance and payment bonds. A non-mandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled, and liquidated damages of $150 per calendar day apply for late completion.
