Description
Plaquemines Parish School Board is soliciting Internet access services for 15 E-Rate-eligible sites. The district currently has two 10 Gbps connections and requests pricing for 10 Gbps and 20 Gbps fiber Internet access at each of two data centers: the School Board Office and Belle Chasse High School. The project includes Internet access and data transmission services, with no special construction, and requires service availability beginning July 1, 2027. The requested contract term is 36 months, with one or two annual extensions, not to exceed 60 months. Proposals must include pricing, technical and implementation information, at least three references from public schools of equal or larger size, and the required cover sheet and non-collusion form. Vendors must participate in the E-Rate program and comply with its billing and certification requirements.
