The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is soliciting bids for non-continuous maintenance dredging of Bayou Rigaud Channel in the Barataria Bay Waterway. Work includes removing all material excavated from the channel, disposing of it in a government-furnished disposal area, and performing associated retention dike work in accordance with the contract drawings and specifications. The estimated completion period is 100 calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. The project has a construction magnitude between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000, and the solicitation includes 13 drawings and specifications. Bid opening will be scheduled by amendment.
