PUBLIC NOTICE - - - ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS BID EVENT NO. #184 Sealed Bids will be received electronically through our E-Procurement site at www.jeffparish.gov/supplier until 2:00 p.m., October 27, 2026 and shall, at the below listed time and place, be publicly opened and read aloud. At no charge, bidders may submit via Jefferson Parishs electronic procurement page by visiting www.jeffparish.gov/supplier to register for this free site. Bids will be accepted and received through Bridge until 2 p.m. The public bid opening will be held at the West Bank Purchasing Department at 200 Derbigny Street, Suite 4400, Gretna, LA 70053 beginning at 2:30 p.m. on each bid opening date for the following project: Two (2) Year Pre-Placed Emergency Contract for Roof Repairs and Replacements Parish Wide for the Department of General Services Jefferson Parish strongly encourages the involvement of small businesses, minority businesses, women's business enterprises, and veteran-owned businesses to stimulate participation in procurement and assistance programs. work in accordance with the specification with no additional cost to the owner. Jefferson Parish is soliciting sealed electronic bids for a two-year pre-placed emergency contract to provide roof repairs and roof replacements parish-wide for its Department of General Services. Work must be performed in accordance with the specifications at no additional cost to the owner. Bids must be submitted electronically through the parish's e-procurement site by the stated deadline.
