Submission Instructions
Description
Granite School District is soliciting bids from vendors to supply school and art supplies, including warehouse office supplies, in accordance with the attached specifications. The procurement is expected to result in multiple awards, with the number of awards determined under the October Warehouse Statement of Work. Bidders must submit the required cost sheet and complete the requested vendor information and certifications through the procurement portal. A completed W-9 is required only for vendors that have not previously worked with the district. If applicable, vendors must also upload an explanatory statement concerning debarment, suspension, tax liens, conflicts, or responsiveness issues.
