The City of Spokane Valley is soliciting grant proposals from organizations and municipal agencies for projects designed to increase tourism in Spokane Valley during 2027. Applicants must develop projects that satisfy the funding requirements and demonstrate anticipated tourism growth in the city. Grant applications and any additional presentation materials must be submitted through the City's online grant-funding submission process. Applicants must also deliver a 10-minute presentation of their proposal at the Lodging Tax Advisory Committee meeting anticipated for November 18, 2026.
