Description
The City of Spokane Valley is soliciting sealed bids for the Pines/BNSF Grades Separation – Centennial Trail Connection project. The work includes excavation, asphalt paving for the trail, and landscaping in accordance with the contract documents and plans. Bids must include a bid deposit equal to five percent of the proposed bid amount, provided as an acceptable surety bond or specified cash-equivalent instrument. Bid documents and plans are available in PDF format through the project planroom, and bidders must download the project files or purchase hard-copy documents to be added to the planholders list.
