Description
This Small Business Sources Sought notice seeks qualified small businesses capable of providing comprehensive travel management support for non-federal peer reviewers participating in grant application review meetings. The anticipated scope includes processing approximately 4,240 monthly travel transactions; arranging and issuing coach-class, non-refundable, direct round-trip electronic airline, rail, and bus tickets; supporting domestic and international travel; and complying with applicable travel guidelines and the Fly America Act. The contractor must provide 24/7 continuity and emergency support, maintain a minimum $12 million corporate line of credit, securely process daily authorization rosters and personally identifiable information, verify traveler and transaction data, provide customer service, and support weekly billing reconciliation. The contractor must also provide a secure authenticated reporting and booking application supporting at least 500 registered users and 20 simultaneous users, with exports in CSV, XLS, and XLSX formats. The anticipated vehicle is a single-award IDIQ with a one-year base period and four one-year option periods. Respondents must submit a capability statement addressing the stated requirements and business information, limited to five pages excluding resumes.
