Description
The United States Army is soliciting a firm-fixed-price commercial services contract to perform monthly inspection and preventive maintenance of chlorination monitoring and injection systems and quarterly inspections of potable water tanks in Buildings 1169, 1185, 2400, and 5108 at Fort Wainwright. The requirement includes tank draining and cleaning, water sampling and onsite testing, replacement of chlorine and reagent bottles and system components, repairs, emergency call-outs, inspection reports, maintenance records, and electronic submission of required deliverables. The systems use Hach CL17sc chlorine analyzers with Hach SC 4500 controllers and Pulsatron electronic metering pumps with integrated tank systems. Tank capacities range from 300 gallons to 2,500 gallons, and the tanks are located in locked mechanical rooms accessible from outside the buildings. The contract has a 12-month base period, four 12-month option periods, and a six-month option to extend services. It is a 100% small business set-aside under NAICS 221310. Offers must include complete technical specifications, a certification and equipment list, complete pricing for all contract line items, required offeror information, applicable representations and certifications, and a statement of agreement with the solicitation terms. Past performance is an evaluation factor. The updated solicitation extends the offer deadline to September 8, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. Alaska time.
