Description
Tanana Chiefs Conference seeks a modern enterprise unified communications and telephone platform to replace its end-of-life ShoreTel/Mitel system and legacy NEC systems. The solution will serve approximately 1,200 employees, 1,479 extensions, 1,229 existing physical phones, 325 softphones, and more than 30 locations, including headquarters, subregional clinics, and 22 remote village clinics. On-premises, cloud-hosted, and hybrid architectures will be considered. The required solution must provide carrier-grade reliability; program- and position-based hunt groups; automated after-hours and crisis routing; local survivability during internet outages; retention of the existing carrier and DID blocks; Microsoft Teams integration; universally provisioned voicemail-to-email; ACD/contact-center functionality with real-time reporting; call recording with role-based access and retention controls; resilient softphone and BYOD mobile applications; emergency paging to all device types; Active Directory/Entra ID, ServiceNow, AlertMedia, TigerConnect, pharmacy IVR, and Salesforce integrations; and decommissioning of the legacy NEC systems. Proposals must include a requirements fulfillment matrix, architecture and survivability design, five-year total cost of ownership, implementation and migration plan, training plan, support model, and comparable project references. The contract services begin upon execution of a fully signed agreement, and the desired migration completion date is September 30, 2027.
