Description
Crowder College is purchasing one forestry mulcher for teaching field conditioning, fence-line removal and replacement, classroom maintenance and operation, and farm use. The attachment must be compatible with a T64 T4 Bobcat Compact Track Loader equipped with a 68-horsepower Tier 4 V2 Bobcat engine and variable-flow auxiliary hydraulics. The proposed forestry mulcher must meet or exceed the stated minimum specifications: 72-inch overall width with a 60-inch cutting area, adjustable push bar, replaceable teeth, replaceable skid plates, depth limiter, and rotary cutting drum. Vendors must submit pricing, any required initial implementation services, optional services separately, product and service specifications, and a signed proposal. Electronic submissions must be in PDF or Microsoft Word format; one signed original proposal is required for mailed submissions. Award will be based on best value, including quality, price, vendor reputation, and ability to meet required timelines.
