Description
The Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection is soliciting bids for rehabilitation of the Passv Treatment facility in Bellwood, Cambria County. Principal work includes mobilization and demobilization; implementation of erosion and sediment controls, including a rock construction entrance and compost filter sock; clearing and grubbing approximately 7.5 acres; grading; placement of approximately 7,500 tons of limestone coarse aggregate; water-level control structures; and settling pond baffles. The stated duration is 365 calendar days. Bid documents are available through BidExpress, and bids must be submitted online through BidExpress by 2:00 p.m. on October 8, 2026.
