Description
Mercer County's Department of Human Services, Office on Homeless Services, is soliciting proposals for programs serving individuals and families experiencing homelessness or at imminent risk of homelessness. Proposed services should support a Housing First philosophy, reduce homelessness, increase access to services, improve housing stability, and help residents obtain housing quickly. The opportunity is funded through Social Services for the Homeless State grant funds and covers an initial six-month period from January 1, 2027, through June 30, 2027, with two one-year extension options covering July 1, 2027, through June 30, 2028, and July 1, 2028, through June 30, 2029.
