Description
The Minnesota Department of Transportation, Office of Human Resources, is seeking a lodging facility in Duluth, Minnesota, for its Fall Grad Meeting from October 20 through October 22, 2026. The solicitation requests 65 single-occupancy lodging rooms, each with a private, attached bathroom. Responses must be submitted electronically through the SWIFT Supplier Portal; email, fax, and non-electronic responses will not be accepted. Responders must complete and attach the pricing sheet and Responder Declarations. The State may award to one or multiple responders, with preference for a responder able to provide all required rooms at one venue.
