Description
The U.S. Embassy in Tunis is seeking a firm-fixed-price hotel services provider for an approximately 80-person forum in Tunis from February 3 through February 5, 2027. The requirement includes 50 single-occupancy rooms with full-board accommodation: 30 rooms for four nights from February 2 through February 6 and 20 rooms for three nights from February 3 through February 6. The hotel must also provide on-site parking as needed for Tunisia-based participants and guests. The three-day conference requires a main plenary room for approximately 80 participants, tables, a raised stage and podium, projector, screen, microphones, sound system, flip charts, high-speed Wi-Fi, and technical support. Three to five breakout rooms and hybrid meeting capabilities are preferred if available. The scope also includes two coffee breaks per day, a reception for approximately 80 participants on February 5 with food and non-alcoholic beverages, room setup and cleaning, on-site coordination, and technical support. The Government will award to a responsible offeror submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price, based on initial quotations unless discussions are needed.
