Description
The Division of Personnel is soliciting a one-time event-services package for an employee appreciation and training event from October 14 through October 16, 2026. The contractor must provide hotel facilities, 55 guest rooms, conference rooms, equipment, and catering services. Catering includes buffet-style dinners for 70 people on October 14 and 15, breakfast for 55 people on October 15 and 16, and lunch for 55 people on October 15. Menus must accommodate the specified meat, seafood, vegetarian, side-dish, dessert, beverage, and coffee or tea selections. Service dates and room or attendee quantities may be adjusted for unforeseen emergencies.
