Description
Dakota County is seeking a contractor to provide its 2027 Lenel OnGuard Service and Support agreement for the County's Lenel OnGuard 8.2 card access system. The support and software assurance plan must provide access to Lenel support, new software, bug fixes, and build releases throughout the contract term. The contractor must purchase the required license components and install the license files on the Lenel License Server. The contractor must be a Lenel value-added retailer. The contract is as-needed, with a maximum amount of $175,000, and is anticipated to run from November 15, 2026, through December 31, 2027, or until the contract maximum is reached. The proposal must include a transmittal letter, firm introduction, qualifications and experience, work plan and budget, conflict-of-interest information, exceptions and deviations, and the firm's willingness to accept the County's contract terms. Responders must identify at least two similar contracts completed within the previous five years and provide current client references.
