Description
The Metropolitan Council is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide ash cleaning services at the Metropolitan Wastewater Treatment Plant. Work will occur in the Solids Management Building and the 408 Building and will cover inaccessible surfaces, accessible low-traffic surfaces, and accessible high-traffic surfaces. The solicitation requires an electronic proposal package submitted through QuestCDN. A pre-proposal meeting is scheduled for October 1, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. via Microsoft Teams.
