Description
Dakota County is seeking a contractor to provide as-needed drain cleaning services throughout the county during 2027 and 2028. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, and equipment, and submit rates for regular, overtime, holiday/Sunday work, materials markup, and any applicable trip charge. The work may include secured facilities, such as a jail and juvenile facility, and may require written quotes and approval before work begins. Contractors must be registered with the Minnesota Secretary of State and authorized to do business in Minnesota. Work at county facilities requires background checks and access badges for personnel; additional screening may apply to work in areas containing criminal justice information. Required insurance includes commercial general liability, business automobile liability, and workers’ compensation, with specified limits and additional coverage terms in the solicitation.
