Description
Ramsey County is soliciting proposals for a licensed Minnesota surveyor to complete a certified ALTA/NSPS land title survey for multiple parcels generally located between Eagle Parkway and Sibley Street in Saint Paul. The work must follow the applicable ALTA/NSPS minimum standard detail requirements and include the completed survey for all parcels identified in Exhibit A, using the County's specified NAD83 2011 horizontal and NAVD 88 vertical coordinate systems. Deliverables include the final certified survey in PDF and AutoCAD (.dwg) formats, at least five full-size paper copies for County review, and one final certified paper copy. Responders must provide a workplan, qualifications and experience information, key staff resumes, pricing within the workplan, and required solicitation forms. The contractor must be a licensed Minnesota surveyor and have at least five years of similar-project experience. The anticipated contract term is December 2026 through November 2028, with an option to extend up to three additional years.
