Description
The State of Minnesota is soliciting a vendor to provide preventive maintenance and as-needed repairs for backup generators at various state facilities, as documented in the Exhibit D Price Schedule. The scope includes emergency-generator maintenance and repair, plus load bank testing with a step-down transformer for four high-voltage Caterpillar 3512 generators: two at the Minnesota Correctional Facility-Moose Lake and two at the Minnesota Sex Offender Program facility in Moose Lake. The initial contract term is two years, beginning November 1, 2026, or upon contract execution, whichever is later, through October 31, 2028, with extension options totaling up to 36 months. A voluntary, nonmandatory site visit may be completed by September 4, 2026. Responses must be submitted electronically through the SWIFT Supplier Portal sealed event; email and other non-electronic responses will not be accepted.
