Description
The Virgin Islands Department of Planning and Natural Resources, through its Territorial Parks and Protected Areas Division, seeks a qualified lodging provider to establish and maintain a prepaid, replenishable corporate lodging account for authorized government travel. The initial allocation is 40 standard single-occupancy room nights at a total stated value of $7,161.60, or $179.04 per night. Room nights may be used intermittently, consecutively, concurrently, or through separate reservations based on official travel requirements. The provider must reserve and guarantee approved accommodations; provide clean, safe, sanitary, secure, air-conditioned rooms with private bathrooms and reliable wireless internet; maintain reservation and account records; provide written confirmations, itemized quotations or invoices, account statements, and updated balances; disclose applicable taxes, fees, cancellation policies, blackout dates, and other restrictions; and refund or credit unused balances as required. The account may be replenished subject to operational need, available funds, satisfactory performance, and approved procurement authorization, but no minimum number of future reservations, room nights, or replenishments is guaranteed.
