Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is soliciting a firm-fixed-price contract from a certified service-disabled veteran-owned small business to provide off-site temporary Hop-Tel lodging for eligible veterans receiving outpatient services at the G.V. Sonny Montgomery VA Medical Center. The lodging facility must be within 10 driving miles of the medical center and support an estimated 1,313 room nights per year, with at least seven rooms reserved daily, including at least three ADA-accessible rooms and rooms with double or king beds for family occupancy. Required services include a full American breakfast at no charge, complimentary wired or wireless internet, 24/7 on-site contract staffing and security, room cleaning and linen services consistent with CDC guidelines, functioning telephone and television service, ADA and fire-safety compliance, emergency response and VA notification procedures, and monthly invoicing. The base period runs from October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027, followed by four one-year ordering periods through September 30, 2031. Quotes must include technical capability, SDVOSB documentation, three relevant past-performance references, a reservation-management plan, and firm-fixed nightly pricing inclusive of taxes and fees.
