Description
The Minnesota Air National Guard's 148th Fighter Wing is soliciting one 36-inch pneumatic air shear under a firm-fixed-price contract. The machine must cut 14-gauge mild steel and 0.100-inch aluminum, operate at no more than 85 psi, include an air filter and lubricator, OSHA-compliant guarding, an air shutoff valve, four-edged reversible blades, and a movable foot switch. Its footprint may not exceed 40 inches wide by 27 inches deep. The item must have been manufactured within the previous year, with proof of manufacture date, and include at least a one-year manufacturer's warranty. Pricing must include delivery, with delivery requested within 60 days after contract award. Quotes will be evaluated on price, technical capability, delivery, and past performance using a best-value approach. The solicitation is a total small-business set-aside, and vendors should include product specifications, place of manufacture, feasible delivery dates, and any relevant past-performance information.
