Description
The Minnesota Department of Natural Resources is seeking bids for the labor, equipment, materials, permits, licenses, tools, transportation, and incidentals necessary to control buckthorn and other invasive woody species across approximately 18 acres within the Willow River area of General Andrew State Forest in Pine County. The work includes forestry mulching, brush saw treatment, and basal bark and cut stump herbicide applications using hand or wand methods. Unit pricing must include all costs necessary to complete the project, including labor, materials, tools, transportation, equipment, and applicable taxes. The State may award items separately, by grouping, or by total, and will award to the lowest responsible vendor meeting the specifications and all terms and conditions. Responses must comply with the solicitation and its attachments; failure to respond to the latest event version may result in rejection.
