Description
The Texas Health and Human Services Commission is soliciting firm, fixed pricing for plumbing parts, equipment, and supplies listed on Exhibit C, including valves, faucets, toilet components, PEX and copper piping, adapters, fittings, solder, grease, tape, and related items. Bidders may offer equal products but must provide sufficient product literature for evaluation; unauthorized substitutions are prohibited. The awarded vendor must maintain a warehouse or store within 50 miles of the agency address and provide weekend and evening availability because agency personnel may need to pick up items within two hours. Products must be delivered complete, on time, properly labeled, and in accordance with the specified packaging and delivery requirements. The contract has an initial term from September 15, 2026, through August 31, 2027, with a possible extension of up to one year. The estimated contract value is up to $50,000, although no volume, usage, or compensation is guaranteed.
