Description
The City of Lubbock is seeking a quote for one indoor, freestanding holiday display spelling “MERRY CHRISTMAS” in two stackable rows. The display must use bold or block-style letters approximately 3–4 feet high, with red static LED illumination, plug-in power, and a stable support or stand that can be disassembled for storage. The vendor may recommend the letter depth, frame materials, brightness, and other design details based on the available space. Delivery is required by October 1, 2026, to the interior of Lubbock Preston-Smith International Airport near the TSA entrance. Airport staff will handle assembly, installation, and removal; the vendor must provide detailed assembly and installation instructions, including any required tools, hardware, stabilization procedures, warranty information, maintenance recommendations, LED replacement policy, and expected lighting lifespan. Pricing for an optional custom star based on the airport logo is also requested. Quotes must be submitted using the provided quote form through the Bonfire portal or by email.
