Description
Texas Tech University is seeking an independent consulting firm to conduct a comprehensive review of its major software investments, integrated enterprise software utilization, operational workflows, business processes, governance structures, and organizational efficiencies. The engagement includes stakeholder interviews, workshops, process mapping, document reviews, system utilization assessments, software portfolio rationalization, licensing and cost-savings analysis, benchmarking against peer institutions and higher-education best practices, and evaluation of Salesforce architecture, adoption, governance, integrations, reporting, and expanded use cases. Required deliverables include a project work plan, current-state assessment report, software rationalization report, Salesforce utilization assessment, benchmarking report, final strategic recommendations report, and executive presentation. The selected consultant must demonstrate business process reengineering, enterprise software assessment, Salesforce consulting and architecture, change management, and objective advisory experience. Proposals must include the required response form, VETHUB forms and subcontracting plan, signed affirmation and conflict-of-interest disclosure, resumes for key personnel, five applicable client references, verification of applicable licenses, and a detailed compensation schedule.
