Description
The City of Lubbock is seeking qualified firms or individuals to provide professional engineering, geoscience, agronomy, and remediation consulting services for the Lubbock Land Application Site and Hancock Land Application Site. The scope includes water and nitrogen balance modeling; model updates and runs based on soil, crop, and application data; comprehensive soil and agronomy reports; site visits to verify model parameters and inspect Sodium Absorption Ratio conditions; general agronomy consulting; and design, evaluation, pilot testing, and oversight of soil and groundwater remediation systems. Key personnel must hold applicable Texas professional engineering and professional geoscience licenses. The response must include a letter of interest, cover sheet, table of contents, Statement of Qualifications Form, and responses to the selection criteria. The selection response addresses team organization and qualifications, relevant project experience, management approach, and overall responsiveness, with a maximum 35-page limit for the response; an appendix is limited to 10 pages. No fee statement may be included.
